近(jin)日(ri),吉林(lin)大學(xue)化學(xue)學院(yuan)國家傑(jie)青(qing)楊柏教(jiao)授(shou)團隊在國際(ji)期刊《Carbohydrate Polymers》(中(zhong)科(ke)院(yuan)壹區,IF:12.5)發表了(le)題為“Tunable-pore cellulose microsphere adsorbents for column adsorptionof dyes"的研(yan)究性(xing)論(lun)文,在該論(lun)文中(zhong),研(yan)究人(ren)員利(li)用(yong)上海(hai)騰(teng)拔(ba)TBUTA-23質構(gou)儀用(yong)於測定(ding)微球的機械強(qiang)度(du)。
纖(xian)維素微球(qiu)的孔(kong)結(jie)構(gou)對(dui)其吸附性(xing)能至(zhi)關重要,但目(mu)前(qian)仍難(nan)以通(tong)過簡單(dan)且經濟高效(xiao)的方(fang)法實(shi)現孔(kong)徑(jing)及其分布(bu)的調(tiao)控。本(ben)研(yan)究中(zhong),我(wo)們(men)通(tong)過調整(zheng)纖維(wei)素溶液(ye)中乙二醇(chun)二(er)乙酸(suan)酯(zhi)與正辛(xin)醇(chun)的體積比(bi),采用(yong)壹種(zhong)簡便(bian)且可(ke)規模化(hua)的方(fang)法,制(zhi)備(bei)出了(le)孔(kong)徑(jing)可(ke)在微米(mi)級(ji)至(zhi)納米(mi)級(ji)範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)調節的纖(xian)維(wei)素微球(qiu)。研(yan)究結(jie)果表明,纖維(wei)素微球(qiu)的平(ping)均(jun)孔(kong)徑(jing)可(ke)調控在 4.58 μm 至(zhi) 108.43 nm 之間,而(er)孔(kong)徑(jing)中(zhong)值則(ze)可(ke)調控在 1.63 μm 至(zhi) 7.69 nm 範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)。該纖(xian)維(wei)素微球(qiu)對(dui)亞甲基(ji)藍(lan)染料(liao)的靜(jing)態(tai)和(he)動態(tai)吸附均(jun)表現出(chu)良好性能,其最(zui)大(da)吸附容量(liang)可(ke)達 20.6 mg/g。通過 Langmuir 等溫(wen)線(xian)模型(xing)擬(ni)合發(fa)現,該吸附過程符合單(dan)分子(zi)層吸附機制。值得(de)註(zhu)意的是(shi),纖(xian)維素微球(qiu)的抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)可(ke)與吸附樹脂(zhi)相(xiang)媲(pi)美(mei),其最(zui)大(da)壓應力(li)範(fan)圍(wei)為 5.25 至(zhi) 52.1 MPa,這壹特(te)性使其能(neng)夠用(yong)於填充(chong)吸附柱(zhu)。在柱(zhu)吸附實(shi)驗中(zhong),該材(cai)料(liao)對亞甲基(ji)藍(lan)的去(qu)除(chu)率(lv)達到(dao)了(le) 94.1%。綜上(shang)所述(shu),纖維(wei)素微球(qiu)具(ju)有(you)孔(kong)徑(jing)可(ke)調、力(li)學性能優良及吸附性(xing)能良好的特(te)點(dian),這(zhe)將推(tui)動(dong)其在環境(jing)修復領域(yu)的實(shi)際應用(yong)進程(cheng)。

對(dui)微(wei)球(qiu)的力(li)學強(qiang)度(du)進(jin)行了(le)表(biao)征(zheng),結(jie)果如(ru)圖(tu) 3I 和(he)圖(tu) S3 所示。隨(sui)著(zhe)酯(zhi)類物(wu)質比(bi)例的增(zeng)加,可(ke)觀察(cha)到(dao)微(wei)球(qiu)的力(li)學強(qiang)度(du)逐(zhu)漸增(zeng)強(qiang)。從 CM-1 到(dao) CM-6,微(wei)球的最(zui)大(da)壓應力(li)值分別(bie)記(ji)錄(lu)為 5.25±0.75 MPa、6.11±0.70 MPa、6.85±1.18 MPa、7.41±1.03 MPa、33.53±4.41 MPa 和 52.1±0.58 MPa。重(zhong)要的是(shi),即(ji)便(bian)其zuidi強(qiang)度(du)值也可(ke)與吸附樹脂(zhi)的強(qiang)度(du)相(xiang)媲(pi)美(mei),這(zhe)表(biao)明通過該方(fang)法制(zhi)備(bei)的纖(xian)維(wei)素微球(qiu)(CMs)非(fei)常適(shi)合用(yong)作吸附材(cai)料(liao)。
