2020年(nian),東(dong)北農(nong)業大(da)學(xue)食品(pin)學(xue)院研(yan)究人(ren)員在食品期(qi)刊(kan)《International Journal of Food Science and Technology》(IF=2.773)在線(xian)發表了題為(wei)“Application of ultrasound treatment for modulating the structural, functional and rheological properties of black bean protein isolates”的研(yan)究論文(wen)。在本論文(wen)中(zhong),研(yan)究人(ren)員利(li)用上(shang)海(hai)騰(teng)拔Universal TA研(yan)究型質(zhi)構(gou)儀用於測定(ding)黑(hei)豆分(fen)離蛋白(bai)凝(ning)膠(jiao)的凝膠(jiao)強度(du)。
