枸杞是壹種古老的(de)滋(zi)補(bu)品(pin),主要產地(di)為寧(ning)夏(xia)中(zhong)寧縣(xian)。市(shi)場上(shang)主要以幹制枸杞與(yu)鮮枸杞兩種形式(shi)銷(xiao)售。鮮枸杞中(zhong)含有(you)維生(sheng)素、甜(tian)菜(cai)堿(jian)等營養(yang)物(wu)質。然而,鮮枸杞作(zuo)為壹(yi)種典(dian)型的(de)漿果(guo),果(guo)實(shi)質(zhi)地(di)柔軟(ruan),皮薄且(qie)含水(shui)量高,成(cheng)熟(shu)季節在(zai)6-8月(yue),采(cai)收(shou)正(zheng)當(dang)寧夏(xia)高(gao)溫(wen)時(shi)期(qi),鮮枸杞在(zai)常溫下(xia)保(bao)存會(hui)腐爛,且(qie)寧夏地(di)區多(duo)為(wei)山(shan)地和丘(qiu)陵(ling),在(zai)運輸過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)極易受(shou)到機械損(sun)傷(shang)。
